Doula Style Accompaniment for the Entire Family
Over the years, I have attended nearly 400 women and their families through pregnancy and birth, coaching through pregnancy and as a certified birth doula. I love the role of partnering with guardian angels, as I call it, to enter into the intimate sacred space of a birth room and serve a woman in labor. I have used that process to form my unique approach toward my services for families.
This type of care is a three-pronged approach with emotional, educational, and physical support. Unlike the coaching model, consulting offers learning resources and problem-solving frameworks that are more directive and informational, providing a comprehensive approach to family growth and connection.
